For many few days ago a new car in the same brand was released to attract drivers.It was designed by Toyota' team.Its shape look like another brand car 'Honda JaZZ'.Anyway the price of these two cars are quite a lot different. Then this becomes a criticized topic. When I heard from Ajarn Neil that we have to do an important assignment to collect my point in Exp Eng II.First time I thought It wasn't my easy one to pass this task.I faced with my dull ideas for many days.Then last month I had a change to go to japanese restaurant.That can help me decide to do my assignment. Because I pretty love to eat japanese food.Japanese food has various menu.This kind of eastern food has strong identity.One of various menu is "Sushi".It's the outstanding menu of Japan,when you heard japanese food.Finally I choose "Sushi" to be my masterpiece.

Introduction.

In Japan the word sushi refers to a broad range of food prepared with sumeshi or sushi meshi, which is vinegared rice.

Sushi(寿司) is the most famous Japanese food, and Japanese usually enjoy sushi on special occasions too. Sushi is a food made of rice combined with a topping or filling of fish, seafood, vegetables, or egg.

Types of sushi.

Nigiri

Rice balls with fish, etc. on top. There are countless varieties of nigirizushi, some of the most ones being tuna, shrimp, eel, squid, octopus and fried egg.

Norimaki

Sushi rice and seafood, etc. rolled in dried seaweed sheets.There are countless varieties of sushi rolls differing in ingredients and thickness.

Temaki

Temakizushi are cones made of nori seaweed and filled with sushi rice, seafood and vegetables.

Gunkan

Small cups made of sushi rice and dried seaweed filled with seafood, etc. There are countless varieties of gunkansushi, some of the most ones being various kinds of fish eggs.

Uramaki

A medium-sized cylindrical piece, with two or more fillings. Uramaki differ from other maki because the rice is on the outside and the nori within.

Chirashi

Chirashizushi is a dish in which seafood, mushroom and vegetables are spread over sushi rice.

Makizushi

A cylindrical piece, formed with the help of a bamboo mat, wrapped in nori, a sheet of dried seaweed that encloses the rice and fillings. Makizushi is usually cut into six or eight pieces.

Futomaki.

A large cylindrical piece, with the nori on the outside. They are often made with two or three fillings, chosen for their complementary taste and color.

Hosomaki.

A small cylindrical piece, with the nori on the outside. They are generally made with only one filling, simply because there is not enough space for more than one.

Kappamaki

A kind of sushi filled with cucumber.

"Sashimi"

This kind of food is very interesting too.If you never eat this,I think you never still taste originall Japanese. Sashimi is thinly sliced, raw seafood. Many different kinds of fish are served raw in Japanese cuisine. Of course, the fish has to be as fresh as possible. Sashimi can be eaten just as sashimi or as nigiri sushi.

Sashimi pieces are dipped into soya sauce before they are eaten. Depending on the kind of sashimi, wasabi is usually mixed into the soya sauce.
Some of the most popular kinds of sashimi are:
Maguro: Tuna
Toro: Fatty Tuna
Ebi: Prawn
Saba: Mackerel

"Wasabi"

Wasabi is Japanese horseradish. It is most famous in form of a green paste used as condiment for sashimi and sushi. However, wasabi is also used for many other Japanese dishes.
Wasabi is a root vegetable that is grated into a green paste.Wasabi has a very strong and hot flavour.

Japanese food is my favourite food because their taste and varies kinds.Nowadays I usually eat Japanese food at least once a week.The famous restaurants are "Fuji" "Zen"and "Osihi".I often spend a great meal in Fuji.It's not too expensive for my budget.And you!Do you have your wonderful dish?Despite I'm crazy Japanese dish,I'm love Thai dish too.Because I grew up in Thai and I am Thai.

The New Year(2006)comes,In Thailand has plenty of attractions to countdown such as Bangkok,Chonburi and Korat etc.Around Bangkok the popular zone is Payathai Rd.Because of conviences.The related Roads were closed to prepare a big celebration.The nearby places are Central World Plaza,Siam Paragon and National Stadium.These three places were visited by over 20,000 people.A lot of activities were held before New Year coming for 6 hours.So the New Year Eve's The King and the prime minister made a speech and blessed on TV.Then at the first second of 2006 I heard very loud noise of fireworks even I stayed at home.And this is very normal for New Year's Day;the network of SMS system was failed.I could try and try to send congraturated words to my friends,so my attempt ended at 3.00 AM.
Let's begin many of good new things.Look the past to be lessons to improve present and future.Make and give your happinesses to someone else's life.Now make 2006 difference!!!.

The huge disaster for Indian Ocean coast had passed for a year,but a lot of ravages still remain and be priceless.On Dec 26, 2004 ;the day after Christmas(Boxing Day) at 8.00 am. many tourists had celebrated on parties by unknowing their distinies in the near future. The enormous waves were struck 6 Andaman coast provinces in thailand.The disaster happened promptly:a great people died,injuried,missed and undetected.Not only in Thailand was davastated,Many countries such as Indonesia,Malaysia,Sri Lanka,Burma, India,Maldives and Somalia were damaged too.
Yesterday (Dec 26, 2005) Thousands of Thais and foreigners who are tsunami survivors or relatives of the dead congregated on the beaches of Phangnga, Phuket and Phi Phi island to pay tribute to the dead in a ceremony marking the disaster's first anniversary.There were also morning memorial services at seven locations in these provinces, and a ceremony to lay the foundation stone of the official tsunami memorial by Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra at Khao Lak.
So Disaster gave us more be conscious.The government made admirable progress to create the tsunami early-warning system.The National Disaster Warning Centre (NDWC) has been established which support by the ADPC's mission.Thailand and countries along the Indian Ocean coastline should be able to work faster.
The effects from the big waves to environment,many experts had assessed the impact that the great waves had on the Andaman's marine ecosystem.It's very supreme surprise.from Dec 30, 2004 to Jan 15, 2005 the coastal sites in all the six Andaman had not been cruel to the natural environment.Of course, damage did occur. But follow-up studies over the past months confirmed that Nature has the ability to heal own wounds.

This's my favourite cartoon when I was young untill now. I think this cartoon is wriiten with more imaginations, has lot of impossible and unreal parts that cann't be the truth in daily.The plot mix science to have more outstanding from many cartoons,more scenes you will see laburatory and colorful chemistry. I love it because every time I watch it :I have fun and push forward to see the next scenes.
